  1. Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling water
  2. Uncovered
  3. Until it is just tender
  4. Drain the pasta
  5. Then rinse it under cold water
  6. Meanwhile
  7. Boil
  8. Steam or microwave the beans until just tender
  9. Then drain
  10. Drain the tuna over a small bowl
  11. Reserving the oil for the dressing
  12. Flake the tuna into large chunks with a fork
  13. Just before serving
  14. Combine the pasta
  15. Beans tuna
  16. Herbs and capers is a large bowl then drizzle with the dressing
  17. Serve the salad topped with rocket leaves
  18. Dressing
  19. Combine all of the ingredients with the reserved chilli oil in a jar and shake well
