  1. In a large pot
  2. Cook penne to taste
  3. Add oil to a deep
  4. Heavy based frying pan
  5. Chop onion and cook in pan along with garic and chilli on high heat until oninion is soft
  6. Add chopped sun dried tomatoes
  7. Tuna and pasta sauce
  8. Reduce heat to a simmer
  9. Add pine nuts
  10. When pasta has cooked
  11. Drain and add to frying pan along with chopped
  12. Fresh basil
  13. Stir pasta through sauce until well coated
  14. Serve in large
  15. Open bowl
  16. Top with slices of fresh parmesan cheese
  17. You can add pretty much anything to this dish - olives
  18. Egg plant
  19. Artichoke hearts
  20. Capers - even anchovy fillets are lovely
  21. You can also remove the tuna from the dish and add 4 or 5 rashers of chopped bacon instead
  22. This is very nice
