  1. Cook linguine in a large pan of boiling salted water
  2. Uncovered
  3. Until just tender
  4. Drain
  5. Meanwhile
  6. Heat the oil in a large frying pan
  7. Add the prawns
  8. Chilli and garlic and cook
  9. Stirring
  10. Until the prawns are just cooked through
  11. Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley and lemon rind
  12. Combine the linguine with the prawn mixture and toss gently
  13. This is great served with a simple green salad
  14. If desired
