Steps

  1. Shell and devein the prawns leaving the tails intact
  2. Combine the prawns with the lemon juice
  3. Sauce
  4. Chillies and sugar in a large bowl
  5. Place noodles in large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water
  6. Stand until tender
  7. Drain
  8. Combine noodles and mint with prawn mixture
