  1. Preheat oven to 200c
  2. Cut each pastry sheet in half
  3. Mix together pork mince
  4. Coriander
  5. Chilli sauce
  6. Chilli
  7. Ginger
  8. Breadcrumbs
  9. Egg
  10. Soy sauce
  11. Spring onions and garlic until combined
  12. Divide the mix into 8 portions and roll each portion into a sausage shape
  13. Place along the centre of each pastry sheet
  14. Roll to enclose
  15. Placing the pastry seam underneath
  16. Cut each roll into 4 sausage rolls and place on a greased and lined baking tray
  17. Brush with beaten egg
  18. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and cooked through
  19. Serve with extra chilli sauce
  20. These can be frozen uncooked and stored for later
  21. Just defrost and cook when needed
