  1. Remove and discard heads and beaks from octopus
  2. Cut octopus in half
  3. Combine octopus
  4. Rind
  5. Juice
  6. Oil
  7. Sauce and garlic in large bowl
  8. Cover
  9. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight
  10. Drain octopus from marinade and discard marinade
  11. Add octopus to heated skillet or barbecue
  12. Cook over high heat until just tender
