  1. In a bowl
  2. Stir together water
  3. Tomato sauce
  4. Soy sauce
  5. Cornflour
  6. Honey
  7. Crushed chilli flakes and ground ginger and then set aside
  8. Heat oil in a wok or large frypan over medium-high heat and stir in spring onions
  9. Garlic and chilli and cook for 30 seconds
  10. Stir in prawns and toss to coat with oil and then stir in prepared water and sauce mix and cook and stir until it is bubbly and thickened
  11. Serve over cooked rice
