Steps

  1. Bring water to boil in saucepan and add penne
  2. Cook for 12 minutes
  3. Heat oil in wok
  4. Cook chicken in batches until lightly browned
  5. Return chicken to wok
  6. Stir in garlic
  7. Chilli
  8. Chives
  9. Tomatoes and cracked pepper
  10. Bring to boil and reduce heat and simmer until sauce begins to thicken
  11. Stir in basil and simmer until thickened
  12. Stir in parsley
  13. Serve over penne
  14. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan cheese if desired
