  1. Combine cornflour with 55ml water in a small jug or bowl
  2. Stir in the soy sauce
  3. Honey and chilli sauce
  4. Mix well and set aside
  5. Heat vegetable oil in wok
  6. And stir fry chicken for 5 minutes until cooked
  7. Remove and keep warm
  8. Add sesame oil to wok with chopped chilli and garlic
  9. Stir fry for 30 seconds
  10. Add peppers
  11. Onions and ginger and stir fry for a further 2- 3 minutes
  12. Return chicken to wok
  13. Add cornflour mix and stir until the sauce begins to thicken and chicken is hot
  14. Serve immediately with noodles
  15. If you want to save a few calories you could grill chicken or steak
  16. This should save 1
  17. 5 tbsp of vegetable oil
