  1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan
  2. Add onion
  3. Chilli and garlic
  4. Cook until onion is soft
  5. Add chicken to pan stir-fry until cooked though
  6. Add sauce
  7. Cream
  8. Chilli powder
  9. Sugar a wok gets hotter than a frying pan
  10. You may want to cover and cook a couple of minutes if using a frying pan to make sure chicken is cooked through
  11. Add basil and coriander toss until hot
  12. Serve immediately
  13. To serve: serve over jasmine rice garnish with coriander leaf
