  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook the onion
  2. Garlic and chillies for 3-4 minutes until begining to soften
  3. Add the mince and five spice powder and cook for a further 3-4 minutes
  4. Stirring
  5. Until the meat begins to brown
  6. Add the kidney beans
  7. Tomatoes and coffee
  8. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes until the mixture is thick and fairly dark
  9. Season to taste
  10. Fill the taco shells with shredded lettuce
  11. Then pile in the chilli mixture
  12. Top with a spoonful of soured cream
  13. If liked and a shake of paprika and serve with a leafy green salad
