Steps

  1. Sift the flower and baking powder into a bowl and using your finger
  2. Add 2 / 3 of the cheese
  3. The chillies and salt and mix inches
  4. In a separate bowl beat the eggs with the milk
  5. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture
  6. Stir with a palette knife until you have a smooth dough
  7. "on a lightly floured surface roll out dough so it is about 2cm thick
  8. Try handeling the dough as little as possible
  9. Dont kneed and twist it"
  10. Using a scone cutter or a glass cut out 5 cm cirles
  11. "repeat rolling and cutting the dough until its all used up"
  12. Place on a baking sheet
  13. Which has been lightly dusted with flower and sprinkle with the remaining cheese
  14. Bakein a preheated oven for about 15 minutes at 220 c / 425 f / gas 8
