  1. Heat the oil in a pan then add onion
  2. Garlic and chilli and cook on medium heat until soft and translucent
  3. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 mins
  4. After which
  5. If your prawns are raw
  6. Add them at this stage
  7. Simmer for 5 more minutes until tomatoes start to break down
  8. Add cooked prawns
  9. Parsley / oregano & seasoning
  10. Simmer for a further 2 minutes until prawns are heated through
  11. Serve in a bowl with crusty bread
