  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200c / 400f
  2. Mix the polenta
  3. Flour
  4. Sugar
  5. Baking powder and salt in a bowl
  6. Add the milk
  7. Eggs and butter to the dry ingredients and mix well until they become a batter
  8. Core and de-seed the chilli and chop it finely
  9. Grate the cheese and add it to the batter with the chilli
  10. Grease a 7 inch baking tin and pour the mixture into the tin
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden
  12. Yum
