  2. Combine 1 / 4 cup orange juice
  3. Zest
  4. Mint
  5. Oil
  6. Poppy seeds
  7. Vinegar and salt
  8. Add fruit and toss to combine
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour
  10. Serve very cold
