  1. Bring 4 quarts water to a boil in a large saucepan
  2. Add shrimp
  3. Cook 1 minute or until shrimps are just cooked through
  4. Drain well and chill in a large bowl filled with ice water
  5. When chilled
  6. Drain and pat dry
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  8. For sauce
  9. Combine remaining ingredients
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  11. Just before serving
  12. Toss shrimp with sauce and arrange on a serving platter
