  1. Combine water
  2. Wine
  3. Soy sauce and peppercorns in medium saucepan
  4. Bring to a boil over high heat
  5. Add shrimp
  6. Reduce heat to medium
  7. Cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp are opaque
  8. Drain well
  9. Cover and refrigerate until chilled
  10. Combine sweet and sour sauce and mustard in small bowl
  11. Mix well
  12. Serve as a dipping sauce for shrimp
