  1. In a large saucepan
  2. Combine the riesling
  3. Cloves
  4. Cinnamon stick
  5. Bay leaves
  6. And brown sugar
  7. Bring to a boil
  8. Add the peaches
  9. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes
  10. Add the orange and lemon slices
  11. Continue cooking for 5 minutes
  12. Remove the cloves
  13. Cinnamon stick
  14. Bay leaves
  15. Orange and lemon slices from the soup
  16. Puree the soup in a blender or food processor
  17. Strain
  18. Chill in the refrigerator
  19. When the soup is chilled
  20. Add the cream and lemon juice
