  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pan
  3. In a bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and butter
  4. Press into pan
  5. Covering sides to for crust
  6. Bake for 10 minutes
  7. In a blender
  8. Puree 1 1 / 2 cup peaches
  9. Mix with lime juice and microwave or heat over low flame until warm
  10. Sprinkle gelatin on top
  11. Let stand for 10 minutes
  12. Afterwards
  13. Stir to dissolve gelatin
  14. Using electric mixer
  15. Or food processor
  16. Beat mixture at medium speed
  17. Adding cream cheese and milk
  18. Pour mixture over baked crust
  19. Chill 3 hours or until set
  20. Remove from pan
  21. Slice into individual pieces
  22. Enjoy !
