  1. Cook orzo according to package directions
  2. Drain and rinse under running cold water
  3. Set aside
  4. Spray a 10 nonstick skillet with nonstick spray
  5. Set over medium heat
  6. Add pistachios and garlic: cook
  7. Stirring constantly
  8. Until garlic is lightly browned
  9. About 1 minute
  10. Remove from heat
  11. Add orzo
  12. Grapes and dressing stir to combine
  13. Transfer to a bowl
  14. Refrigerate
  15. Covered
  16. Until ready to serve
