Steps

  1. In a large plastic refrigerator container
  2. Mix together the first 5 ingredients
  3. Stir to mix
  4. Using a small skillet
  5. Over low heat
  6. Warm the olive oil
  7. Saute the garlic
  8. Cumin
  9. Paprika
  10. And cinnamon
  11. Stirring constantly
  12. For 1 minute
  13. Be careful not to scorch
  14. Add the spice mixture to the soup
  15. Add lemon juice
  16. Hot sauce
  17. And salt to taste
  18. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving
