  1. In large bowl prepare pineapple juice concentrate according to package directions
  2. Add orange juice concentrate
  3. Water
  4. Sugar
  5. Lemon juice and fruit
  6. Spoon 3 / 4 cupful into each plastic cup
  7. Place cups in pan and freeze
  8. Remove from freezer 40-50 minutes before serving
  9. Or place in microwave for approximately 15-20 seconds prior to serving
