  1. Blend tomatoes
  2. Tomato juice
  3. Ginger
  4. Corriander
  5. Sugar
  6. Oil and 3 tbsps
  7. Lime juice in a blender
  8. Puree on full speed until liquified
  9. Pour into a large bowl and season generously with salt and pepper
  10. Refrigerate until cold
  11. Check taste prior to serving
  12. You may add cold water to thin it a bit
  13. In a bowl
  14. Whisk together yoghurt and the remaining 1 tablespoons lime juice until smooth
  15. Add salt and pepper to season
  16. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls
  17. Add a dollop of yoghurt
  18. If desired
  19. Serve with toasted flatbread if you prefer
  20. Enjoy !
