  1. Heat oil in a fry pan and saute onion and celery for 2 minutes

  6. Lemon juice
  7. Simmer 10 minutes over a low heat
  8. Allow to cool
  9. Add all the remaining ingredients
  10. Stir well and chill
  11. Serve over lettuce leaves with salad accompaniments
