  1. Peel and deseed cucmbers-cut 2 into dice
  2. And blend with the yoghurt
  3. Stock
  4. Sour cream
  5. Tabasco and mint
  6. Chill until very cold
  7. Peel and deseed the remaining 1 / 2 cucmber and cut into small thin matchsticks
  8. Chill
  9. Before serving
  10. Saute prawns in the oil until they turn pink
  11. Sprinkle with the salt and serve them in the chilled soup immediately
  12. Serve the soup garnished with the strips of cucumber
