Steps

  1. Combine white wine
  2. Boiling water
  3. Dill
  4. Celery
  5. Garlic
  6. Mustard seed and lemon leaves
  7. Bring to the boil uncovered
  8. Add calamari and cucumber crescents
  9. Cook for 2 minutes
  10. Then remove from heat immediately and strain
  11. Cook curry powder and chilli flakes together in a non-stick pan for 1-2 minutes
  12. Remove
  13. Mix yoghurt
  14. Curry powder
  15. Chilli flakes
  16. Cream and olive oil together
  17. Toss with calamari and cucumber
  18. Season to taste and top with curled spring onions
