  1. Peel the avocados
  2. Remove the stones and chop roughly
  3. Combine the avocado
  4. Diced chicken
  5. Orange juice
  6. Orange zest
  7. Wine
  8. Yoghurt
  9. Salt and ground cinnamon
  10. Then process in a blender or food processor until well-blended
  11. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  12. Garnish with orange segments and mint or add an orange-iceblock to each bowl - and serve
