  1. In a blender or a food processor
  2. Combine 2 of the avocados
  3. The stock or broth
  4. Lime juice
  5. Yogurt
  6. And sour cream
  7. Blend until smooth
  8. Add the tomato and cilantro
  9. Pulse until the tomato is coarsely chopped
  10. Not puree
  11. Pour into a bowl and season with salt
  12. Coarsely chop the remaining avocado half and stir into the soup
  13. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours
  14. Ladle into bowls and serve with a dash of hot sauce
