Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Spray a standard muffin pan with cooking spray
  3. In medium bowl
  4. Whisk flour
  5. Cornmeal
  6. Both sugars
  7. Baking powder and salt
  8. In medium bowl
  9. Mix remaining ingredients
  10. Make well in dry ingredients
  11. Add milk mixture and stir until just blended
  12. Divide batter among prepared muffin cups
  13. Bake 15 to 20 minutes
  14. Or until top springs back when lightly pressed
  15. Let cool in pan 5 minutes
  16. Them loosen edges and turn out on rack and cool completely
