  1. In a bowl
  2. Combine the lime slices and salt
  3. And let set for 30 minutes
  4. In a separate bowl
  5. Pour the vinegar over the chilies
  6. Let sit for a moment
  7. Then drain
  8. Rinse the shallots in cold water
  9. Then drain
  10. Mix the chilies
  11. Shallots
  12. Lemon juice
  13. Sugar and oil
  14. Then stir in the salted limes
  15. Serve immediately
  16. Or refrigerate
  17. This make approximately 1 cup of spicy chutney
