Steps

  1. In a large skillet brown the beef
  2. Drain and set aside
  3. "add onion and garlic sautee on medium heat for about 5 minutes"
  4. Using a slotted spoon scoop the beef into a large crock pot
  5. Combine all the ingredients in the crock pot except
  6. Spicy topping !
  7. Stir to mix very well
  8. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours
  9. If you are cooking on high you must stir once and awhile
  10. In a bowl
  11. Combine all the ingredients for topping
  12. Stir well to combine all the flavors together
  13. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  14. Drop a couple of spoon fulls on top ! sprinkle with colby cheese
  15. Serve
