Steps

  1. Wash potatoes and rub with oil

  5. Stirring to crumble
  6. Drain well
  7. Add next 5 ingredients
  8. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until thickened
  9. Split tops of potatoes lengthwise and fluff pulp with a fork
  10. Spoon topping over potatoes
  11. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions
