  1. In a large resealable plastic bag
  2. Combine the soup mix
  3. Chili powder
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper
  6. And garlic powder
  7. Cut each potato into 8 wedges
  8. And place in the bag and shake to coat the potatoes
  9. Arrange the wedges in a greased 15x10x1 baking pan
  10. And drizzle lightly with oil
  11. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 12-20 minutes on each side
  12. Or until crisp
