  1. Position rack in lower third of oven
  2. Preheat to 450f
  3. Combine oil
  4. Chili
  5. Cumin and salt in medium bowl
  6. Add carrots and toss well to coat
  7. Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet
  8. Roast the carrots
  9. Stirring once
  10. Until tender and golden
  11. 20-25 minutes
  12. Toss the carrots with cilantro and lime juice
  13. Serve immediately
