Steps

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet
  2. Drain
  3. Add seasonings
  4. Tomato sauce and beans
  5. Stir frequently until mixture comes to a boil
  6. Place chips on a large flat baking pan
  7. Spoon chili mixture over chips and sprinkle with cheese
  8. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions
  10. And sour cream
  11. Serve immediately
