  1. Fry the onion and mushrooms in the oil a couple of minutes
  2. Add curry powder and fry gently until softened
  3. Add potato flour
  4. Stir
  5. Add water
  6. Cream and sweet chili sauce
  7. Stir and cook 5-7 minutes on low heat
