  1. Heat grill
  2. In small bowl
  3. Combime all ingredients except salmon and lime wedges
  4. Mix well
  5. Spread mixture over salmon
  6. Place salmon on grill
  7. Skin side down on a gas grill over medium heat or on a charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals
  8. Cook 15-18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork
  9. Do not turn salmon
  10. Serve salmon with lime wedges
