  1. Put the wings in a large bowl and evenly coat them with the oil
  2. Salt
  3. And pepper
  4. Set aside at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes
  5. Before grilling
  6. In a small bowl whisk the glaze ingredients
  7. In a medium skillet over medium heat
  8. Toast the sesame seeds until golden brown
  9. 3 to 5 minutes
  10. Stirring occasionally
  11. Pour the
  12. Seeds into a cool container to stop the cooking
  13. Brush the cooking grate clean
  14. Grill the wings over direct medium heat
  15. With the lid closed as much as possible
  16. Until the skin turns
  17. Golden brown
  18. About 10 minutes
  19. Turning occasionally and swapping their positions as needed for even cooking
  20. Then lightly brush the
  21. Wings with the glaze on both sides and grill until the meat is no longer pink at the bone
  22. 8 to 10 minutes
  23. Continuing to turn
  24. Glaze
  25. And
  26. Swap their positions for even cooking
  27. Remove the wings from the grill and sprinkle the sesame
  28. Seeds over the top
  29. Serve warm or at room temperature
