  1. In a large bowl
  2. Thoroughly mix together cheeses and garlic
  3. An electric mixer can be used
  4. Do not use a blender
  5. Mix in chopped nuts
  6. Form into 2 or 3 rolls on plastic wrap
  7. And use to help form the rolls
  8. Chill until firm
  9. Unwrap rolls
  10. Sprinkle all over with chili powder and chill for at least a couple hours to allow flavor to develop
  11. Garnish with chili strips in a star-pattern
  12. Serve chilled or at room temperature with assorted crackers
  13. Just mix everything together
  14. Including a generous amount of chili powder
  15. And store in refrigerator in a covered container
