  1. In a 10-inch ovenproof skillet
  2. Melt butter
  3. Saute green pepper and onions until tender
  4. Remove skillet from heat and stir in rice
  5. Cheese
  6. Tomato
  7. And chilies
  8. In a bowl
  9. Mix together eggs
  10. Milk
  11. Worcestershire
  12. Salt
  13. And hot sauce
  14. Stir into the rice mixture
  15. Bake
  16. Uncovered
  17. At 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tests done
  18. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa
