  1. Heat oven to 350 f degrees
  2. Grease 15 x 10 x 1 in
  3. Jelly roll pan
  4. Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels: microwave until warm and flexible about 1 minute
  5. Or wrap tortillas in foil
  6. Heat in 350 oven for 10 minutes spread 1 tortilla on work surface
  7. Keep remaining tortillas warm
  8. Top tortilla with 3 / 4 cup chicken chili
  9. Sprinkle with 1 / 2 cup cheddar cheese
  10. Wrap up tortilla envelope fashion
  11. To enclose filling
  12. Transfer burrito
  13. Seam side down to prepared jelly roll pan
  14. Repeat with the remaining tortillas
  15. Chili and cheddar cheese bake in 350f degree oven until tortillas are crispy
  16. Filling is heated through and cheese is melted
  17. About 30 minutes
  18. Let burritos cool slightly
  19. Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side
