  1. Preparation:
  2. In a heavy saut pan
  3. Place whole butter
  4. When lightly starts to smoke
  5. Add diced apples
  6. Ginger and brown sugar
  7. Cook for 5 minutes
  8. Then add chili powder
  9. Tequila and apple cider
  10. Cook for 15 more additional minutes or until apple cider has reduced completely
  11. Season with salt and lime juice to taste
