  1. Heat oven to 450f
  2. Coat oven safe pan with oil or cooking spray
  3. Place cod in pan
  4. Sprinkle chili powder
  5. Herb and salt
  6. Roast 5-7 minutes until opaque
  7. Melt butter in small saucepan
  8. Add cumin and lime juice and cook for 1 more minute
  9. Before serving drizzle butter mixture over cod
