  1. Pound chicken breast until it is somewhat flattened
  2. And season with salt and pepper
  3. Spray pam in a nonstick skillet
  4. And cook chicken breast until it is done
  5. Transfer to a serving plate
  6. Top chicken breast with barbeque sauce
  7. Bacon
  8. And cheese
  9. Broil chicken breast in the oven
  10. Or melt the cheese in a microwave
  11. Sprinkle with a small amount of cold chopped tomatoes and chives
