  1. Marinate the chicken for 2 hours or more
  2. Blend all the dressing ingredients with electric mixer
  3. And chill
  4. Mix all ingredients for the pico in a bowl
  5. Cover and chil
  6. Preheat the grill and grill the chicken breast for 5 minutes each side until cooked
  7. Then cut into strips
  8. Toss the lettuce
  9. And cabbage in a large salad bowl
  10. Add in the pico de gallo
  11. Pineapples
  12. Honey lime dressing
  13. And tortilla chips
  14. Add in the grilled chicken
  15. Toss and serve
