  1. Husk and wash corn
  2. Then deep fry for 1 minute
  3. Wash jalapeno and deep fry for 1 minute
  4. Place corn on the cob and jalapeno on gas grill and cook until slightly blackened on each side
  5. Remove corn kernels from cob and measure out 1 cup of kernels
  6. Finely chop jalapeno after removing stem
  7. In a large bowl
  8. Mash the avocados
  9. Mix in pico de gallo
  10. Fire-grilled corn kernels
  11. Jalapenos
  12. Lime juice
  13. Cilantro
  14. And salt
  15. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa
  16. Enjoy !
