  1. Combine the lime juice
  2. Water
  3. Oil
  4. Garlic
  5. Soy sauce
  6. Salt
  7. Liquid smoke
  8. Cayenne pepper
  9. Black pepper and either the sirloin or the chicken in a tupperware container
  10. Cover
  11. And refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
  12. Discard leftover marinade
  13. Grill meat over medium flame 4-5 minutes on each side
  14. Cut meat into thin strips
  15. Set aside and keep warm
  16. Combine the 2 tbls
  17. Water
  18. Soy sauce
  19. Lime juice
  20. Salt
  21. Pepper and olive oil
  22. Set aside
  23. Cook onion and peppers in oil until brown
  24. Remove from heat
  25. Pour reserved mixture over onions and peppers
  26. Combine meat
  27. Onions
  28. And peppers
