  1. In a medium stock pot
  2. Place the olive oil
  3. Onion
  4. Carrot and bell pepper and saute the vegetables till they are tender
  5. Bring 1 cup of water to boil
  6. Add the bouillon cubes
  7. And allow to dissolve
  8. Add the bouillon
  9. Cooked beans
  10. And remaining ingredients to sauteed vegetables
  11. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook approximately 15 minutes
  12. In a blender
  13. Puree 1 quart of the soup
  14. And put back into the pot
  15. In a separate bowl
  16. Combine the cornstarch and 2 tablespoons water
  17. Add the cornstarch mix to the soup and bring to a boil for 1 minute
  18. Serve with cornbread
  19. White rice
  20. Or your favorite side dish
