this is such a simple, no cook, dessert that is good enough for a dinner party. it is quite rich, but the lemon adds a nice freshness to it and it is not too sweet. if you can find it you can use low fat mascarpone.
the first time i had these at my friend's house i almost devoured the whole platefull. she thought it would be a better idea if she gave me the recipe. these are really amazingly delicious, and very addictive.
this was my grandmothers recipe. i dont like fish but i cook it for my hubby and he loves it! its easy to make. i figure 2-3 filets per person when i make it. i have also added bacon to it and everyone loved it.
this brat recipes screams oktoberfest to me. it is best done on the grill as the sauerkraut needs to cook indirectly, but i have done it on the campfire, by arranging the coals. serve with a good german beer!
adding butterscotch pudding to the mix makes these muffins sweet and tender. just right for birthday parties, summer picnics, or winter potlucks. i got this out of a library book and want to save it here for use later.
