  1. Cook hamburger or turkey
  2. Onion and garlic until meat is no longer pink
  3. Drain
  4. Return to pan and add tomato sauce
  5. Diced tomatoes
  6. Kidney beans
  7. Chili powder
  8. Cinnamon
  9. Oregano
  10. Water
  11. Salt and pepper
  12. Mix well and simmer for 30 minutes
  13. Meanwhile
  14. Prepare ziti according to directions on package
  15. Drain and keep warm until meat and tomato mixture is done
  16. Serve chili over the ziti and top with cheddar cheese if desired
